Our Kosher Flake Sea Salt is a clean, deep ocean salt harvested from crisp, cold, deep currents in the Pacific Ocean. It's mineral rich, minimally processed with no anti-caking agents. The flavor is great, but it was the flake that got us! These tiny, hollow pyramids are what give this salt a very unique crunch while at the same time delivering excellent, even dissolvability. We love the size and feel of this salt.
When tasked with choosing one salt to place at the stations of our Teaching Kitchen, staff chose this salt. We needed a salt that did it all: cooking, baking and finishing. This Kosher Flake Salt was the hands-down winner.
