Shipping

At our core, we are a small, family-owned general store with an e-commerce side gig. We don't have a warehouse or a high-tech shipping department. Our staff of hard-working folks hand pick and hand pack every order at our Baton Rouge, LA store. The lead time on orders is 24-48 hours in addition to shipping transit time. Further, orders placed after 11am on Fridays and all day Saturdays and Sundays are not processed until Monday afternoon.

PROCESSING LEAD TIME ON SHIPPED ORDERS
Our staff works hard to process all orders within one day, most the same day.

• Processing Lead Time for orders placed Monday-Thursday: one day.
• Processing Lead Time for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: two days.

SHIPPING SPEEDS
Processing Lead Time is IN ADDITION TO Shipping Speeds. We do not offer priority or expedited shipping.

• USPS Ground Advantage shipping time is 2-5 days and is in addition to our Processing Lead Time.
• USPS Priority Mail shipping time is 3 days and is in addition to Processing Lead Time.
• UPS Ground is 2-6 days and is in addition to Processing Lead Time.
