Pickling Spice

Pickling Spice is a blend of herbs and spices used for seasoning in various foods. It's most common use is with vinegar to pickle cucumbers, but Pickling Spice can also be used to add a complex flavor to braised meats, stews, beans and rice dishes!

Ingredients: Coriander seed, mustard seed, cloves, black peppercorns, chile pepper, spices
