Oregano Leaf - Mexican

Oregano is related to the herb Marjoram, but is not as sweet and has a stronger, more pungent flavor and aroma. The Mexican variety is generally used in highly spiced dishes because of its characteristically pungent flavor.

Use Mexican Oregano to round out the flavor of egg and cheese dishes. It is great in herb breads, vegetables and stews.
