Janway Farms hails from the hills of Louisiana's Feliciana Parish. This honey is hand-harvested in St. Francisville, and it varies from month to month. The nuances and flavor profile of this honey depends on the season and what's in bloom. It always proves to be incredibly flavorful and versatile.
