In Hawaii, Ohana means family. We combined two gorgeous Hawaiian salts, Black Lava Salt and Alaea Hawaiian Red Sea Salt, and the result is a delicious, mineral rich salt with endless possibilities. The beautiful color is perfect for finishing dishes. We love it for seasoning popcorn. It's lovely sprinkled on top of goat cheese for a simple addition to a charcuterie board.
