A must for poached pears. It's excellent to glaze rich proteins like lamb and duck. We pair this one with our Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an excellent vinaigrette for dressing roasted vegetables or salads with feta and pecans. 

Vanilla Dark Balsamic Vinegar is made by infusing traditionally-aged balsamic vinegar with vanilla beans and extract. The vanilla and balsamic steep together, and the end result is a sweet, sublime balsamic that's a must for your pantry.
